This hand crafted pen is made from Black Walnut, and features gunmetal metalwork. The wood used for this pen was locally cut by me. This is a modified slimline style pen that features a smooth twist retraction mechanism, and can be refilled using Cross style refills, available at many big box stores. The difference between a modified slimline and a standard slimline is the fact that this is one long piece, rather than having a separation band in the center. Due to this feature, to open/retract this pen you twist the tip only, rather than the pen twisting in the center. All of my pens feature a hard glossy finish that is designed to last and protect the wood.
